Happy are the pardoned, Happy are the justified
(Romans 4:7-8)
Happy are those whom lawlessness were pardoned and whose sins were covered over.
Happy the man whom the Lord by no means should be reckoning sin.
In the above passage of Scripture it speaks of two things that God is doing. He is pardoning the sins of some, and to some he is not even reckoning sin. Some have pardon, while others have justification.
To those whom are under the law (Israel) he is pardoning.
To those whom are under justification (the nations) he is not even reckoning sin.
The strength of sin is the law, but the nations do not have the law. God did not give the law to the nations he gave it to Israel. Under the law sins could be pardoned (by God). Sin was not known until the law came. The law never came to the nations, only Israel.
To those whom do not have law (the nations), he ministers to them gratuitously, justification. God does this to provoke to jealousy Israel his chosen people. To Israel Jesus Christ is to be a sin offering (one that they did not receive because they did not believe in him) but to the Gentile Jesus is to be and offering for justification. Under the law of sin offering did not justify the sinner, it only pardoned him. Under grace the offering of Jesus Christ gratuitously justifies those not under the law.
To any that have been given the faith of Jesus Christ, whether Jew or the nations, at this present time they are declared (reckoned) justified by God. Only those whom have been given Christ´s faith can be justified. The good news is that all will be given this faith but each in their own time as God gives it to them.

Sweet. I am so relieved at hearing this message. It's really hard to be "happy" when you think God is waiting for your next mistake.
